Important update: changes to how we collect your direct debit payments

We have recently moved to a new payment processor, GoCardless, to handle direct debit collections on our behalf.
From now on, you will receive an email notification from noreply gocardless dot com each time a payment is collected. Please be assured these emails are genuine and are sent on behalf of HiSpeed Wireless Broadband Ltd.
Your payments will continue to appear on your bank statement as HiSpeed Wireless Broadband Ltd — nothing else about your account or service changes.
